For anyone that knows me personally knows that this site is the main thing that got me through doing solo breakfast shows on community radio, so you know it's damn good. Brilliantly presented, it has some of the funniest articles on the web. The pieces are hilariously written by a myriad of writers from across the globe. It's video collection, even though small, features some hilarious short films either shot by Cracked.com or sister sites.
The site boasts that it has been 'America's only humour and video site since 1958' (1958 being the first publication of it's former self, Cracked magazine), though it seems to have come along in leaps and bounds since it's first appearance on paper as basically a MAD magazine rip off.
A site definitely worth checking out, but I would steer clear if at work as you may find your productivity levels hitting rock bottom.
